Firm Profile
PHILOSOPHY

Financial wealth is often defined as the acquisition of assets. However before financial wealth can be amassed, you must learn the rules of the game that will be played in your financial arena. I believe that I have an obligation to you as a client to make you more knowledgeable about the rules that apply to your financial arena.

As life is in fact, one continuing education experience after another, the acquisition of knowledge facilitates self-empowerment. The more empowered you are with the most current information, the more knowledgeable you will become about how to acquire more assets and keep those assets you have already amassed.

I believe taxpayers need to be proactive about the management of their assets, the processes necessary to ensure maintenance of those assets, or the steps necessary to maximize the earnings from those assets. Therefore I approach each client relationship with that focus in mind. Lastly I believe you are entitled to know that the information you share in our meetings is both unique and personal, and it will stay that way. Trust, competence, counsel and confidentiality have been the hallmarks upon which I have based my professional practice, and would be the foundation upon which our relationship would be built.

PROFILE

I am an Enrolled Agent and President of a tax consultancy business specializing in the representation of financially distressed taxpayers experiencing audit, collection, or distraint actions by governmental agencies. I provide year-round tax return preparation of Individual, Business and Fiduciary returns. Additionally, I prepare annual Conservatorship and Trust accountings, make recommendations on asset allocations to Trusts, and prepare Estate Tax Returns. I established this business in October 1988 and incorporated it in December 2001.

I have in excess of thirty years hands-on business background in the private sector with bottom line financial accountability. This includes start-up capitalization, franchising rights, leasing and refinancing, development of both fiscal and operational procedures, implementation of training programs, and establishment of human resource policies.

I have negotiated the sale of both real and personal business property, the acquisition and exchange of assets, the disposition of corporate assets in bankruptcy, and the restructuring of distressed businesses.

I have developed cash flow strategies, valued businesses for the purposes of sale, and determined net distrainable income for debt payments. I have done forensic accounting, reconstructed business records and performed asset searches. I have served as an expert witness in family law and civil matters. I am extremely skilled in negotiating debt matters, factoring, and restructuring loans.

In summary I bring a wealth of tax knowledge relevant to the representation of tax clients faced with the resolution of any number of adverse economic developments that may befall a business or taxpayer.
